What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing applies to fabric orders of 10 yards or more per item. For notions and accessories, bulk pricing starts at quantity 50 pieces.
How long does international shipping take?
Most international orders are delivered within 7–14 business days depending on your location. We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS with full tracking.
Can I request fabric samples before placing a large order?
Yes. We offer sample swatches for most fabric lines. Contact us with your requirements and we'll arrange a sample pack.
Do you offer trade accounts for high-volume buyers?
Yes. Professional tailors and fashion businesses who order regularly can apply for a trade account with extended credit terms and priority support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Trade account holders may qualify for net-30 payment terms.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened/uncut fabric within 14 days of delivery if the material is faulty or incorrectly shipped. Custom bulk orders are non-refundable once cut.
